CICTECH – Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern all electronic repair and related services provided by CICTECH. By submitting a device for inspection, diagnosis, or repair, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Device Inspection & Diagnosis
All devices submitted to CICTECH will first undergo an inspection and/or diagnostic process.
Diagnostic fees may apply. These fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether the device is repairable.
Some issues may not be fully identifiable until after repair work begins.

3. Repair Authorization
You authorize CICTECH to perform the requested repair work on your device.
No repair will begin without your approval of the estimated cost.
CICTECH may require a deposit before commencing repairs.

4. Data & Liability
Data backup is your responsibility. CICTECH is not responsible for any loss of data, files, applications, or settings that occur during or after repairs.
You are advised to back up your data prior to submitting your device.
CICTECH will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or device value.

5. Parts & Components
Parts used may be new, refurbished, or third-party unless otherwise specified.
If original manufacturer parts are requested, availability and pricing will vary.
CICTECH is not responsible for manufacturer warranty voids caused by third-party repairs.

6. Repair Warranty
CICTECH provides a limited warranty on parts and workmanship, typically 30 to 90 days depending on the service provided (duration to be specified on the invoice).
The warranty covers only the specific repair performed and the parts replaced.
The warranty does not cover: Accidental or physical damage, Liquid damage,
Damage caused by misuse or further tampering Issues unrelated to the original repair
Warranty claims require presentation of the original receipt or service record.

7. Unrepairable Devices
If a device is deemed unrepairable, you may choose to have it returned or responsibly recycled.
Diagnostic or labor fees may still apply.
CICTECH is not responsible for devices further damaged due to pre-existing conditions (e.g., corrosion, internal cracks, failed components).

8. Abandoned Devices
Devices not collected within 60 days after repair completion or notification will be considered abandoned.
CICTECH reserves the right to dispose of or sell abandoned devices to recover costs.
You waive all rights to claim compensation for abandoned devices.

9. Payment Terms
Full payment is required upon collection of the repaired device.
CICTECH accepts the payment methods listed at the service desk.
Devices will not be released until all charges are settled in full.

10. Liability for Loss or Damage
While your device is in our possession, CICTECH will take reasonable care to protect it.
Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the current market value of the device, not the replacement cost of a new device.
CICTECH is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or prior unauthorized repairs.

11. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information regarding the device and issues experienced.
Remove SIM cards, memory cards, and personal accessories prior to repair.
Pick up the device promptly upon completion.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CICTECH operates.

13. Amendments
CICTECH reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be made available on request or displayed at our premises.
